Original (and we think best!) James Bond Sean Connery is all set to reprise his role as 007 in a new game version of the film, based on the original 1957 Ian Fleming novel.
EA goes retro with their new videogame version of From Russia With Love, starring Academy Award-winner, Sir Sean Connery (The Man Who Would Be King, Goldfinger, The Hill, The Offence, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen etc...) The highly anticipated game is scheduled to the PS2, Xbox and Nintendo GameCube systems - under the EA GAMES brand.
Electronic Arts, has signed UK pop sensation Natasha Bedingfield to make a cameo appearance in the game - EA's newest addition to the wildly successful James Bond video game franchise.
Bedingfield will lend her voice and likeness to the character Elizabeth Stark, daughter of England's Prime Minister. In the game Miss Stark is kidnapped and must be rescued by James Bond. Bedingfield will appear alongside Sir Sean Connery, who is reprising his role as the dapper secret agent 007 in the game.

"I am thrilled to be featured alongside Sean Connery in the game version of one of my favourite Bond films," said Bedingfield. "It's not every day you get to become a 'Bond Girl' so this is a great honour. The game is set in the original 60's Bond era featuring movie based missions as well as original action-intensive sequences, a broad and deep variety of game play and fully integrated vehicles," said Jon Rissik, Senior Marketing Director EA Europe. "Natasha Bedingfield is an exceptional British talent and was a natural choice for this part."
Also lending her voice and likeness to the game is actress Maria Menunous - who will appear alongside Connery as Bond. "I am honoured to be a Bond girl and be a part of the Bond legacy," said Menounos. "To star in a video game with Connery, the original Bond, is incredible."
Menounos appears in the film version of Marvel's Fantastic Four from 20th Century Fox and has had recurring roles on the TV series One Tree Hill and Without a Trace. In From Russia With Love, Menounos will play the role of Eva, an original character created for exclusively for the game. Eva is villain Red Grant's driver and henchwoman, and out to stop Bond at any cost.
From Russia With Love, the game, will be based on the classic Bond film but will also feature some new plot twists, gadgets and characters. Sir Sean Connery, appearing in his first-ever videogame, lent his voice and likeness to the project.
"As an artist, I see this as another way to explore the creative process," said Connery. "Video games are an extremely popular form of entertainment today, and I am looking to seeing how it all fits together."
From Russia With Love is published by Electronic Arts for the PlayStation2, Xbox and Nintendo Gamecube. The game has not yet received a PEGI rating. Also still available are: James Bond 007 in...Agent Under Fire and James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing.
