Here's what the critics have been saying about Mamma Mia!:

"One of the brighest, funniest musicals playing anywhere in the world, right now." - Mark Shenton (BBC London Live)

"The feel good factor of a Greek island holiday." - The Guardian.

"A production of tremendous warmth, vitality and technical excellence that offers an evening on unbridled fun. It is a tribute to the scriptwriting skill of Catherine Johnson that the ABBA songs are slotted so naturally into the storyline. While being swept along by the ingenious choreography and witty dialogue, I found myself examining ABBA’s music in a new light." - David Sinclair (The Times newspaper).

"What makes Mamma Mia! work is the ingenuity with which the songs leap from the story – they come like brilliant bolts out of the blue and the audience roars its approval. It's a hilarious case of Muriel's Wedding meets Shirley Valentine. Go see it!" - Jeremy Vincent, (The Australian newspaper).
