Retail release date for the popular and addictive BBC One series Five Days which has been likened by some critics to a 'British 24'.

Five Days is a taut multi-stranded crime thriller, with an impressive ensemble cast which includes Hugh Bonneville (Iris, Love Again, Tipping The Velvet), David Oyelowo (Spooks, Shoot The Messenger), Sarah Smart (Sparkhouse, At Home With the Braithwaites), Penelope Wilton (Doctor Who, The History Boys, Ever Decreasing Circles) and Edward Woodward (The Equaliser, The Wickerman).
Written by Gwyneth Hughes (Cherished), Five Days tracks five 24-hour periods in the abduction of a beautiful young mother, Leanne.
Five Days was broadcast to high critical acclaim in January and averaged an audience of 6.52 million viewers for each episode, the highest rated program for it’s showing time.
